If you're not 100% satisfied, return any item within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Personalised items can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
HOW TO RETURN
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Personalised items
Kits with custom name and number printing are non-refundable unless there is a printing error or manufacturing defect on our part. In those cases we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email us at returns@libero.store with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail post office
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across the UK. International orders may take longer — we'll update you with tracking once your order ships.

LIBERO ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it — in compliance with UK GDPR.

- Payment information — processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We never store card details.
- Browse data — pages visited, products viewed (anonymised, used for site improvement)

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted partners required to fulfil your order: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), Royal Mail / DHL (delivery), and Stripe (payment processing). All partners are GDPR compliant.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@libero.store to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention
We keep order data for 7 years as required by UK tax law. You may request deletion of marketing data at any time.

Orders
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation email
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock errors)
- Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Intellectual property
All LIBERO designs, brand assets, photography, and website content are owned by LIBERO. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Club badges and league logos belong to their respective rights holders and are used for illustrative purposes only.
Limitation of liability
LIBERO's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
